Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Flowood (flowood.app), operated by Tao Di, a sole proprietor based in New Hampshire, USA. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

Flowood is an independent tool that applies AI photo and video effects to images you upload. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to TikTok, Instagram, any trend creator, artist, or rights holder. Trend names describe a visual style only.

Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Flowood.
  • You sign in with Google or an email sign-in link. Keep access to your account secure.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

Your uploads

You may only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you permission, and only of adults. You keep any rights you have in your uploads and grant us a limited licence to process them to provide the service. See the Acceptable Use Policy for what is not allowed.

Generated content

Results are produced by AI models and may be inaccurate or imperfect. Generated videos do not include copyrighted music. You are responsible for how you use and share your results.

Credits and payment

  • Credits are sold as one-time packs through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
  • Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
