Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Flowood collects, why, and what control you have.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
- Uploads and results: the photos you upload and the images or videos we generate from them.
- Purchase records: which credit pack you bought, the amount and the Stripe reference. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
- Usage and security data: IP address, request logs and usage counts, used to prevent abuse and enforce rate limits.
How we use it
- To run the service: sign you in, generate results, and keep your credit balance.
- To keep the service safe: automated checks on uploads and results, fraud and abuse prevention.
- To answer support requests.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your photos to train AI models.
Who we share it with
Only the providers needed to run the service, each for its own part:
- Supabase (accounts, database and file storage)
- Vercel (hosting)
- Stripe (payments)
- fal.ai (AI model processing of your uploaded photo)
- Sightengine (automated content moderation of uploads)
Storage and retention
Uploads and results are stored in private storage and are only shown to you through short-lived links. We keep them while your account is open so you can download your results again. When you ask us to delete your account or files, we delete them within 30 days. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your account and files, or for a copy of your data, by emailing support@flowood.app.
Children
Flowood is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly process photos of minors.
